1. How soon can I expect to receive my order?
a. Answers—depends on what you are ordering. If it is in stock it normally ships that day but there is also the issue of how it ships. Over- night, regular ground, 2nd day. Is it shipping to a business address or a home address? Is the ship to a location in a larger populated area or a rural address.
b. If you are ordering large décor or displays the majority are made to order and some of our displays are made in China and add additional production and shipment time. You can normally expect 30 days from the time you order displays to the time you receive them if made in the US. Keep in mind that orders placed in late October through the 1st of December may take longer to receive because of surge in orders at that time.
c. There are early buy deals in the 1st quarter of the year and this allows plenty of time to receive the item(s) and to check to see everything is there and in great condition.
2. Will the newer LED C-7 and C-9 bulbs work in my old strand?
a. Answer—If your bulbs are replaceable and the screw base matches the existing bulbs, the answer is yes. If you are not sure of the base size please call us.
3. Is my order returnable?
a. Answer—yes it is IF it is returned promptly, in original packaging and not a custom order. If the issue is not a result of our company the original shipping cost is still an expense that the customer is responsible for. If the issues are a result of our actions or the product we refund all expenses and/or do not charge for replacement cost including freight.
4. Do you charge for custom designs?
a. Answer—Normally no, put if we have created a design for you and you decide to look for the lowest cost among our industry, you will be charged $65 per hour on time spent on the design.
